1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the App.

2.2 The App is provided for informational and convenience purposes. Users are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the information or functionality provided by the App.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Company provides the App on an "as-is" basis. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security, the Company disclaims any responsibility for errors or omissions in the App's content and functionality.

5.2 Under no circumstances shall Thingsfactory Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

5.3 The Company is not responsible for any actions taken by users based on information or functionality provided by the App.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
